Everything you share is encrypted on your phone, opens only on your two phones, and is erased from both if you break up. It is free on Android and iPhone, with no ads.

How to start with your partner
Pairing takes about a minute.
- Install JustUs from Google Play or the App Store. Your partner does the same.
- Sign in with your mobile number. You get a one-time code by SMS.
- Add your person. Enter their number. If they are not on JustUs yet, send them an invite from the app.
- They accept, and you are paired. From then on, only your two phones can open what you share.

Is JustUs end-to-end encrypted?
Yes. Everything you share is encrypted on the sending phone and can only be opened on the two paired phones. It uses standard, widely reviewed algorithms (X25519, Ed25519, AES-GCM) with single-use keys for forward secrecy. Voice and video calls are encrypted end to end too.
Can JustUs read our messages?
No. JustUs does not have the keys. The server only passes sealed messages along and deletes each one as soon as your partner's phone receives it. Your conversation lives on your two phones and nowhere else.
Is JustUs free?
Yes. JustUs is free, with no ads, no tracking across apps and no purchases in the app.
How do I connect with my partner on JustUs?
Both of you install JustUs and sign in with your mobile numbers. One of you enters the other's number, the other accepts, and you are paired. If your partner is not on JustUs yet, send them an invite from the app.
What happens to our chat if we break up?
A breakup erases everything the two of you shared, every message, photo, video and file, from JustUs and from both phones. Your account stays so you can pair again later, and you can delete it at any time.
Does JustUs block screenshots?
On Android, screenshots and screen recording are blocked. On iPhone, your chat is hidden from screenshots and screen recordings. JustUs also has no save or download button. Someone could still photograph the screen with another device.
What data does JustUs keep?
Only what it needs to run: a one-way hash of your mobile number (never the number itself), your display name, colour, public keys, and whom you are paired with. Sealed messages are held only until delivered. As Indian law (CERT-In) requires, connection records without any content are kept for 180 days.
Who can use JustUs?
Adults aged 18 or older, anywhere JustUs is available on Google Play or the App Store. You sign in with your own mobile number. JustUs connects exactly two people who both agree to be paired.
What happens if I change phones?
Your conversation stays on the old phone and does not move, because JustUs keeps no copy anywhere else. Your partner is told you moved, and you carry on from the new phone.
