Delete your JustUs account
JustUs is made by Asli One Global Private Limited.
In the app
- If you are paired, break up first: open the menu (⋮) and choose Break up.
- On the screen that follows, choose Delete my account.
Your account and everything linked to it are removed from JustUs at once: your name, colour, public keys and pairing. Your conversation was only ever on your two phones, and a breakup erases it there.
Without the app
Write to info@asli.one from any address, giving the mobile number of the account. We confirm it is yours with an SMS code and delete it within 7 days.
What is kept
Only the connection records Indian law (CERT-In) requires: time, network address, the part of the service used, and the account. They never contain content and are deleted 180 days after each connection. Nightly account backups (never content) that still hold the account are deleted within 7 days.
